PRE-COMBUSTION CHAMBERS

TWO PIECE PRECHAMBER

We will supply you with a newly redesigned Patent Pending seal between the body and tip of the 3600 Pre-Chamber. This seal is made from Inconel 718 and is designed to provide positive pressure against the sealing surface under all conditions.

ONE PIECE PRECHAMBER

If you prefer the traditional one-piece version of the Pre Combustion Chamber, we will supply you with a precisely machined part with the two pieces TIG welded at the sealing surface.

These G3600 PreChambers are machined from billet and tolerances held much tighter than the OEM.

CHECK VALVES

Our prechamber check valves are made from 430 stainless steel as is the OEM original. The tip is made from 15-5 stainless as is the original. The difference is that we buy only certified and made in the USA wrought bar for fabricating our Check Valves. Each Check Valve is pressure tested at the OEM specified inlet fuel pressure to ensure that every Check Valve will properly seal the 1st time and every time you install one. The Check Valve kit will include the gasket and o-ring necessary for installation.

ENGINE REBUILD KITS

Our engine rebuild kits are custom designed using your exact requirements and specifications so that you get all of the parts you want and you don't have to pay for the pieces you don't need. Every part in our kits are equal to or better than OEM quality.

SPARK PLUGS AND WIRING

We are a Bosch Spark Plug dealer supplying spark plugs for all size natural gas fueled engines including spark plug wires for the G3300.

Our inventory also includes a selection of high quality ignition wiring and burn time sensors.
